Sarah Carleton
Certified LSS Master Black Belt · IASSC-Accredited Trainer
Sarah has taught Lean Six Sigma for more than 25 years and has trained over a thousand LSS practitioners in healthcare, manufacturing, government, and software. For ten years she ran the Philips global Lean Six Sigma training program and built its Black Belt and Master Black Belt certification programs.
An engineer by training (MS in Electrical Engineering, AB in Physics, eight patents), she has authored five GOAL/QPC books, including the Green Belt, Black Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Tools Memory Joggers. Today she trains and mentors belts at all levels, writes training materials, and advises on statistical software design. Sarah is also a member of the JASP trainer network.
