Sarah A Carleton Consulting ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sarahacarletonconsulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our business, and we never sell your personal information.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site is hosted by Squarespace, which automatically collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the site secure and to give us anonymous visitor statistics.
Cookies. Squarespace uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to make the site work and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not. For details, see Squarespace's Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
Respond to your inquiry and send the sample module you requested
Discuss and provide licensing, training, and related services
Send occasional news and updates, only if you checked the sign-up box
Keep business records, such as license agreements and invoices

Every news email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests promptly.

How long we keep information
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including Squarespace's secure (HTTPS) hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
